- Provide tools that may be used with copyrighted material
- Do not prescreen generated QR code content
- Respond promptly to valid DMCA notices
Reporting Copyright Infringement
To file a DMCA notice, please provide:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the allegedly infringing QR code (URL or specific identifier)
Your contact information (address, phone, email)
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response Process
When we receive a valid DMCA notice:
- We will promptly disable access to the allegedly infringing QR code
- We will notify the user who generated the QR code
- We may terminate repeat infringers' access
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the removed content
- A statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief it was removed mistakenly
- Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction
- Your contact information and signature
